Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute

The Chapman & Co. Leadership Institute, formerly BWLI (Barry-Wehmiller Leadership Institute), is a company that teaches leadership skills to large organization. At Chapman, they believe that each and every employee matters, and when you treat your employees well, it benefits your bottom line.

For this project, I was tasked with renaming the company and building their new brand from the ground up. The logo mark is meant to represent a C for the founder Bob Chapman, but the C is closing in on itself to represent the inclusive nature of the company and its employees.

In addition to the new logo, I created a comprehensive brand guide and a website.
